You have to marvel at the SUPREME stupidity of beaurocrats and pen pushers!
A Top radio DJ in his country, who has a following of thousands and brings in millions in advertising revenue to the station as sponsors line up to be on his show.....is FIRED because he does not have a university degree!....the station decided those with a degree can stay, even tho they dont bring any revenue in and are paid from money made by this hot shot DJ.
They have never heard of SPECIALISED skills. Not everyone can be a "hot shot" money generating radio announcer who has a large following. There is no university teaching this gift.
