Sometimes Thabo Mbeki can be brilliant the one minute and soddish the next. When speaking about the daft things that Jacob Zuma did, it sounds like he, Mbeki, was not the one who appointed Zuma as his VP yet they go back to the 70's, working together in multiple countries. Mr Mbeki, YOU appointed him to be yr deputy sir. Didn't you know this chap was faulty?..It makes you look insipidish Sir.
