One of my fave contemporary songwriters in South Africa at present is the multi-talented Ashley Wenn who wrote songs like "I Am Blessed & When You Found Me," which are genuine anthems at almost every gospel concert you attend.

I am in awe of Ashley, his ability to weave songs out of narratives and anecdotes. What inspires me even more is his insistence that I inspired him with my compositions too. Well iron sharpens iron.
